Our Approach

There’s a lot of hype around psychedelics right now, especially in the context of mental health. And while there is so much potential for psychedelics to revolutionize how we treat mental health, I believe they are so much more than that. They can also be tools for self-discovery, clarity, purpose, and spiritual growth for "healthy" individuals seeking more from life.

I’ve personally incorporated psychedelics into my own wellness routine, pairing them with meditation, somatic practices, and other spiritual disciplines to cultivate deeper insight, balance, and direction. Middle Path Integration exists to help ambitious men do the same — guiding you to use psychedelics intentionally, safely, and effectively as part of a broader journey of personal growth.

Education is at the heart of this work. We help you understand what psychedelics do, how to prepare for them safely, and how to integrate their lessons into daily life — so that insights become embodied wisdom, not fleeting moments.

Values

Grounded Spirituality

Where science and spirit meet. We honor intuition and transcendence while staying rooted in evidence, psychology, and real-world integration.

The principles that guide this work and shape every session.

Inner Healing Intelligence

Your system already knows how to heal. My role is to help you slow down, listen inward, and trust the wisdom that naturally arises within.

Middle Path

Lasting transformation happens between the extremes—not in force or avoidance. We follow a balanced path that welcomes depth while staying steady, centered, and intentional.

Integration Over Intensity

Growth isn’t about chasing peak states. It’s about turning insight into embodied habits, relationships, and choices that actually change your life.

Autonomy & Agency

You lead the process. Your values, your pace, your truth. I’m here to support—not direct—your unfolding.

Safety as Foundation

Psychological, emotional, and practical safety shape every step of the work. True exploration needs a grounded, stable container.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Mahesh. My journey with psychedelics began when I was 19, during an experience that completely changed how I saw myself and the world. That moment sparked a deep curiosity about human consciousness and the many ways people grow and heal.

I changed my major to psychology and began working at the Johns Hopkins Center for Psychedelic & Consciousness Research, where I witnessed how psychedelics could be used safely and intentionally in clinical settings. What stood out most to me was that these experiences weren’t only for people who were struggling. They could also help healthy, motivated individuals live with more clarity, purpose, and connection. I read countless books to figure out how I could incorporate psychedelics into my own lifestyle to better my own mental and spiritual health.

In college, I started guiding and educating my fraternity brothers, helping them understand that psychedelics could be more than recreational. When used with intention and proper preparation, they could become tools for insight, growth, and self-discovery.

After graduating, I explored different paths in the emerging psychedelic healthcare space. While those experiences were valuable, I realized my true passion was in personal development and spiritual growth — helping people use psychedelics to intentionally to gain clarity, purpose, and balance in life.

My mission is to help ambitious, curious, and growth-oriented men use psychedelics and other self-discovery practices to find greater alignment in their lives. This work isn’t about chasing peak experiences, but about learning to embody the lessons they offer and integrate them into daily life.

Disclaimer

Middle Path Integration does not provide therapy, counseling, or any form of licensed mental health treatment. Psychedelic coaching and guiding are not regulated professions and do not legally require formal certification.

That said, I bring a strong foundation to this work through my experience at the Johns Hopkins Center for Psychedelic & Consciousness Research, my academic background in psychology, and years of personal and peer guidance work. I’ve spent years training in various meditation traditions and studying integration models, mindfulness, and somatic awareness techniques to better support others in navigating their own growth.

This work draws on both scientific understanding and lived experience—with the goal of creating grounded, intentional spaces where insight leads to real transformation.
